Now I am trying to make the tabs work in a portlet that is not embedded in my EAR file. I am able to get the tabs to work on portlets inside the EAR file but not for external portlets defined inside standalone WAR files. I saw in the thread before you said you will make a sample for this. Now we are eager for this, can you share me with this?

this sample is not for a portlet using struts.

Brian !!! please ! Can you say me if it's possible to have liferay's tabs inside an external portlet using struts ?

Hi Eric, I don't think that using struts or not makes difference if you also want to use these taglibs.

Just make sure that the *.jar and *.tld files for these taglibs are in the correct place, and make sure you reference them in your web.xml and jsps.
