I'd like to hear about how you did the SSO integration since I have no clue at all about this either emoticon

Is it something like the Sign In redirects you to Zimbra login? If yes, then what next? And, if not, please correct my understanding...

zimbra uses ldap, use that same ldap instance as your authentication method for LR
