There's a EE Marketplace in the menu but I don't see any CE Marketplace.

Also, it's difficult to know what you mean by "free". It sure doesn't sound like "free" used in open source where free means "freely available" because items labeled "free" can only be downloaded by EE customers. It's probably better to use "EE" instead because it very confusing.
