Hello,

I'm using Liferay 6.0.5 and about to go on 6.1.1 in production environment.

Currently, I have distributed cache between my Liferay servers.

I was looking to my configuration and i noticed i can configure how to cache journal content but no configuration over blog entries.

I would like to know if this configuration :
 1<cache
 2        eternal="false"
 3        maxElementsInMemory="10000"
 4        name="com.liferay.portlet.journalcontent.util.JournalContent"
 5        timeToLiveSeconds="3600"
 6    >
 7        <cacheEventListenerFactory
 8            class="com.liferay.portal.cache.ehcache.LiferayCacheEventListenerFactory"
 9            properties="replicatePuts=false,replicateUpdatesViaCopy=false"
10            propertySeparator=","
11        />
12        <bootstrapCacheLoaderFactory class="com.liferay.portal.cache.ehcache.LiferayBootstrapCacheLoaderFactory" />
13    </cache>

is done for journal articles only or is it used for blog entries and more when asset publisher is searching for journal, blogs...

A related question more :
When many users go on the same page which includes an asset publisher, what is Liferay mecanism :
- it searchs each time which content it has to display in database
- it searchs in a service layer cache
- it keeps a cache on the page

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Pierre
