Like I said in the title i looking for a way to display only the categories of one vocabulary in <liferay-ui:asset-categories-selector />.

I already managed to get a vocabulary according to the user's choice.

You can show specific vocabulary category by either creating custom portlet to get a list of all categories of specific vocabulary and show them in list.
Or, you can also hook on category navigation portlet.
