This is a touchy point for me because some users are still using older versions of web browser. If it's possible to use the current interface for older web browser and drag & drop feature when user is using the html5 web browser, it will be great.

I think it's a trade-off of being "enterprise" ready and being in forefront of technology. Most enterprises don't use the most recent versions of software but tend to stick with what's they're using for some years.
