how to delete uploading file in "global" folder

I use "web content" edit a article and upload a image to "global" category. but how to delete this image in global. it cann't be see this image at Documents and Media in contorl panel!

Did you select "Global" scope in the Control Panel? There's a pull-down list above the "Document and Media" section. Select "Global" and then go to "Document and Media".
