Hi,
We don't want to use Liferay's hot-deployment feature, is there documentation about manual deployment on WebSphere environment ?

Thanks.

Under ROOT.war/WEB-INF/classes, you can find portal-ext.properties file, there we will have "auto.deploy.enabled" flag to decide whether auto deployment should be enabled or not. So, if you set this flag to false will solve your problem.

auto.deploy.enabled=false

You can verify the below link for more details.

If still that flag doesn't work, you can try with the below flag in same portlet-ext.properties file.

auto.deploy.interval=0

Hi,
Probably I was not clear enough in my question, I want to know what I should do to deploy a standard WAR (portlet non liferay) on a WebSphere Application Server, I know that using the hot-deploy the WAR is changed/updated, I would like to know what are specifilly all the changes that hot-deploy process does to my original WAR.

Many thanks.
