Can anyone explain how (CE 6.1 GA2) can be forced to reload the css and jsp caches?
for instance if we start with portal-developer.properties activated all changes can be seen dynamically (no caching) but when we switch that off to improve performance we get old files cached and presented even if we force the browser to re-fetch the files (CTRL + F5)

I cannot find any useful blog/wiki on this subject although it would help.

Currently even deploying an new updated version of the theme will not get its files sent to the browser although the are updated in filestore.

Ok I found this thread that covers the CSS issue I was having, need to do manual things when building themes in 6.1 for now
I wonder when this will be fixed?

any one know about javascript and how to force fresh scripts to be loaded or minified?
