Hey all,

using 6.1.1 ce with tomcat

I'd like to create links to the page rather than view the URL in the content editor?

ex.
currently - http://<server>/level1/level2/page2 or /level1/level2/page2

instead - page2

is there a way to do that?

Is there a way to do it through the interface instead of coding functionality?

By saying "in the content editor" do you mean in the default WYSIWYG editor? Or do you want to provide an additional/custom fields where you can provide page names and links will be generated once you display the content?

You have to change the friendly URL of the page and that can be done by going to Manage Page and do the desired settings.

Hope this helps!
