Password reset doesn't work? (5.1.2)

If I attempt to do the forgotten password thing (from the sign in screen) on my LifeRay setup, it fails with "You have entered invalid data. Please try again." All it requests is the e-mail address (yes, I'm using the right one) and a captcha (which works fine for new user signups). Any known settings I might have inadvertently changed to cause this problem?

The problem is the captcha doesn't verify correctly...see this ticket:

What's "fisheye"?

At the bottom where the comments are, there is a fisheye link which will show you what changes were made to which files so you can patch your own files.
