Hi,

Can someone guess how hard it will be to upgrade Social Office beta into production version when the stable release comes out?
Basically, I would like to make sure that there won't be any data losses, etc. in case we use beta version extensively.

The most difficult thing is when there are database schema changes, which are sometimes necessary to fix a bug.

Jamie Sammons has had a lot of experience keeping SO update from 1.0b to 1.5b. Perhaps he can shed some light.

Hi Lari,

Are you wanting information about an upgrade from 1.0b1 to 1.5b? Or are you asking if there is going to be a supported upgrade from 1.5b to 1.5 stable?
