Hi all,
just wanted to thank you for all your help. Our company officially left Liferay today. We are building our new site using PHP only.

Thanks again.

Hi!
Good luck!

Any reasons for that? I think fail stories may be more interesting and helpful then success stories.

Hi,
yes, Liferay was very slow and very slow to develop in. Also, It was very hard to figure out how to get anything to work in Liferay.

By looking at Liferay's improvements year by year, it looks to me they are going to make Liferay a leading portal development tool soon.

I am actually very impressed by the way we can do development in liferay and I am sure it can be effectively used to make great solutions.
