Does anyone have any example of a struts 2 portlet that's more advanced than the sample "hello world" portlet available?

I'm trying to use struts2 + search container + service builder to do a simple master/detail app with edit and delete action buttons for each entry.

Thanks,

- Jonathan

Use search container as usual.

For each button you have to create a renderURL with a struts.portlet.action parameter refering to the action name:

1<portlet:renderURL var="editURL">
2        <portlet:param name="struts.portlet.action" value="actionName" />
3    </portlet:renderURL>

or

1
2PortletURL editURL = renderResponse.createRenderURL();
3editURL.setParameter("struts.portlet.action","actionName"));

+
1<liferay-ui:icon image="edit" url="<%=editURL.toString() %>" />
