Environment: Liferay 6.0.2 -tomcat6 bundle on windows XP.

Whent i turn to The Plugin Installer,it says "No portlet plugins were found." , when i click the "search" button there is message "An error occurred while retrieving available plugins. "
and the tomcat console 's message " Unable to communicate with repository all", but it's works fine if i use the liferay 5.2.3 version.

Anyone who can help me,thanks a lot.
