asset publisher for one structure

I plan to develop a portal which contains different communities for each region (city). Each community have the same webseite. Instead of developing CRUD portlets to add content like locations, events etc. I plan to use the CMS features of liferay.

For example a structure "location" defines a location content. .. How could I use the asset publisher to show only articles/content of these structure? Is their a better way to implement it??
