I forgot to mention that I am using LR 6.1.1 GA in both import and export environment.
The case is: I've imported some contents in my locals (host + db) by axis via journalArticle.addArticle(...) and I did some changes manually. There is about 600 contents.
Now, I want to export these contents in a lar file and then import them in the test environment which has a same configuration as my local one.
But I can't import the lar file and I get a DuplicateArticleIdException. Don't know what happens...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved.
Effectively, there were some JournalArticle with the wrong templateId.
I had imported that template manually a couple weeks ago and I didn't use the right Id when I re used it.

I have a similar problem and I really hope you can help me because I am working on it for more than 2 months but I can't figure it out.

I need to upload about 600 web content (with custom structure and template) in both English and French languages.
The SOAP's addArticle(....) works at 90%...
1- The uploaded articles are visible in control panel but not displayed in the asset publisher till I click on publish button. Why???
2- I don't know how to add the translation of the same article.

Kaleo workflow - click view button shows empty page

Hi there,
Using LR 6.1.1 CE GA2, I have integrated Kaleo plugin and added Web Contents to be managed with the Single Approver workflow.
When I add (or edit) a content and submit it for publication, and then go back to My Workflow Task in control panel, I can see the content waiting for handling.
Clicking on the content displays the abstract view with a "View" button on top-right.
Clicking on it and an empty page is displayed and the following error is shown in log

114:07:14,339 ERROR [http-bio-8081-exec-24][IncludeTag:154] com.liferay.portal.security.auth.PrincipalException: com.liferay.portlet.journal.NoSuchArticleException: No JournalArticle exists with the key {resourcePrimKey=15102}

This issue looks like similar to this one http://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-30041 and it seems it has been fixed in LR 6.2 (not available yet)
If someone has a workaround, or knows when the 6.2 version will be available please share the information.

If yes, please share the solution. I am facing the same issue while updating journal article using web service.
I need to add an article with STATUS_APPROVED but after adding

1serviceContext.setWorkflowAction(WorkflowConstants.STATUS_APPROVED);

before calling addArticle method causes the error you had had.
If I remove the code above, the insert is correctly done but not published.

Searching deeply, I've found that I have some troubles with the $request variable. I'm not sure to well understand how it works.
This is a use case:

The first time the Asset Publisher is displayed, the $request is null (it shows {}) and after clicking on the web content title, the $request as a value.
At this point, it doesn't "very" matter. But when I edit a content and click on "Preview" button, the $request is {}.
However, I need its value, particularly the "cmd" parameter in preview and view (from history) modes to show the full content.
Therefore it only shows the abstract value of the content.
Same case when I try to visualize a published content from control panel (using Kaleo workflow plugin) before approve/reject it.

Otherwise, if you know another way to achieve this, may be creating many templates and doing association between view mode and template or whatever please let me know.

Now I'm trying to understand the sending email. I know that Kaleo sends emails when a new content is created, when the content is assigned to someone, and when it is rejected or approved. And I suppose that when the content is assigned to someone, the email arrives to this "someone", but in the other two cases I dunno who will be the receiver.

Because I did the same and it doesn't seem to work.
