Hi!

Are there any plans on releasing Sync for Linux OS? In that case, in what date more less? Would it be CE, EE or both?

Thanks very much!

We are planning for a Linux release. It will be after our initial release of Windows and Mac OS.

I found a jira that makes it look like there is a Linux version available but I can not find it and the source does not seem to be public for me to try to build myself.. Have I missed something?

Here is the jira http://issues.liferay.com/browse/SYNC-370

The source for Sync is not public. The Linux version has not yet been released. I will check on the timeline for the Linux version.

It won't be in the GA 2 release that is coming out very soon. But is on our plans for the near future, probably in the first part of new year.

We'll have a beta version out by next week (initially as a .deb package) . We'll post a thread in the forums when it's available!
