My client has asked an interesting question. They would like to know if there is a way for an administrative user (content editor) to see a list of all the pages on which a specific web content asset is being displayed.

Does anyone know if there is such a feature out-of-the-box?

Thanks,

Louis

Hi louis,

It can be achievable by bit configuration. Following steps can do.
1.) While creating the web content add the keywords(Tags) for the particular content.
2.) place the Web Content Search portlet in the page
3.) search the content using the Keyword(Tags) of the content, it will list you all the pages were the particular web content is placed.

I think there is no direct way to find this page but if you access the database you can find it in JournalContentSearch table. use these layoutId , portletId , articleId column
and if you want, you can join this table with layout table to get page name and other properties
