My Account is not working in Liferay Corporate website

Hi Liferay Team,

I was trying to change my email address in Liferay's corporate website but it is not working right now..
I have tried it with FF and IE.

It was working before..

Not getting any error, but not able to change my password. 'Save' button is not performing any action.

This problem may occur , if custom ext-plugin is deployed in liferay application , undeploy and check.

I am using chrome browser, In chrome browser i changed my password under "My Account" its working fine for me.

I tried to change my password in Mozila Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google chrome all browsers but not able to go in my password page.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Have you tried "Forgot Password" to resend the password to you again?

Another thing is, you have to have Javascript on and allow Cookies. That is, if you have set your web browser's security or your personal firewall/security software's setting to high, you many not be able to login.

I'm able to update my user info (email, name, etc.) as well. (Using my other regular user account). Tried in IE and Firefox.

HI Amos,

I followed below steps.

1. Login with my credentials
2. Going to "My Account" from top right "Settings" menu.
3. Change my email address. (at this time "Detail" is NOT became "Detail (modified)").
4. Click on Save.
5. Page refreshes but nothing happens. (No success message on page)

Is there any browser specific change??

Hi Amos fong,

1)I login with my user name and password.
2)Right hand side I select the settings tab.
3)Under settings tab select the My account.
4)after that i changed my details (email,username,password).
5) after clicking save button i got success message.
