Liferay Themes Overwritten

Hello Everybody,

I'm a newbe in Liferay stuff, so I hope you can help with one of so many problems I got right now.

One of the problems I'm facing right now, is that, I've been modifying some themes templates i've found on the web,
to make my own themes.

The problem is that i need to make two different themes based on the same theme template i found on the web before,
i've installed my first own theme on liferay, but when i try to install the second one, the first one gets overwritten.

Is there something i need to change in any configuration file to avoid the second theme overwrites the first one?

The reason why i need to install these two themes, is that, i've added two portal instances to the basic one, so i need to install
one theme in one instance, and the other theme in the other instance.
