Hello all,

We have created a custom structure and template in Liferay EE 6.0.6 that uses the Image Gallery field type. We have stock images in folders in the Global scope. We hoped that the content editor would be able to see images in the global scope, but it doesn't seem to allow that. All it displays is the community scope (which is empty in this case).



Is there a setting that would allow the content editor to access images from the global scope via the Image Gallery field type in Liferay 6.0.6?

Yes, there's a bug in 6.0.5 and 6.0.6. It's fixed in Liferay 6.1.0. Since you have the EE version, you may be able to get a patch for the fix from Liferay.
