Site Child pages are hidden by the portlet in IE but working fine in mozill

Dear Friends,
I am facing the problem that the child pages are hidden by the portlet in IE but in mozilla it is working fine.Can anyone please suggest the solution for this.The below is the attached screen shot.

Hi sekar,

try using z-index: 9999; in navigation suitable class.
I also faced this type of issue for video then i used wmode : transparent. its working fine for me.
