To create own theme

Hi,

I am beginner in life ray.please help me to create my own theme.
please describe the steps.
please mention I first create page or what other. I am confused.

after that please write all the steps.
we use life ray 6.1.1ce
please suggest the tutorial with example. or books.

please gives some demo
suppose I have a index.jsp or index.html. its just my index page of application so where I have put my index.html/jsp page.*(please explain me with example)

after that how I configure my themes(blue,orange,yellow)there explain its also.
