"How to pullout the portal pages from liferay in localhost?"

Hi all,

We are developing a website project using liferay 5.1.1 with tomcat 6.0. We are planning to upload the portal pages in the web server.

May we know about how to pull-out the created portal pages with all the portlets from the liferay which is now associated with the localhost?
