Tranferring from Liferay4.1.2 ext-hbm.xml to liferay5.1.2

Hei!

i have successfully installed the liferay5.1.2 ,our product was on bascially on 4.1.2 ,i want to upgrade the system so i just thought to install the new version first and then manually copied the files to new version and check if its work or not instead of upgraing from liferay4.1 to 5.1

i was in the first step tranferring hibernate file ext-hbm.xml in the newer one at the following path ext-imp/classes/META-INF/ext-hbm.xml

iam wondering that if any one could tell me is it works or not ?? because both seems same .
