Workflow & Page Preview

Hi there

we implement a site with a web content approval workflow. The requirement is to have a page preview with a changed content before workflow starts and same for approver. My idea is to set staging with page revision workflow which can be started when a content on a page is changed. Is this approach acceptable? Is there better solution I don't see? We use Liferay 6.1.1 CE GA2.
