Web Proxy Portlet - no html display in browser

Hi all,

I'm still trying to integrate my JIRA application into a Liferay portlet. Rather than use an IFrame, I'm now trying the Web Proxy Portlet. When I go to display the portlet, all the html writes to the console, and I can view source and see my html, but it doesn't display in the browser. What am I missing??
