where comapny id is used

Hi, can any tell me is there any option like to change the company id , if yes pls tell me the way, and from where the default company id takeing

Company in liferay means a Portal Instance. Some more information about portal instances can be found in the Liferay User Guide: Portal Instances

On the database side the information resides in the Company table. By default there is only one company created when you first start liferay portal.

You cannot change the companyId but you can create a new company from: Control Panel --> Server Administration --> Portal Instances
