SO shows purchased but can't download

Is anyone else having this problem, I'm just trying to download SO from the marketplace but it always says please wait. That and one of the templates, everything else downloads and installs fine. I'm using tomcat ga3.

HI Andrew,

There is a default setting in GA3 that restricts the size of files in the document store. The SO download exceeds this default. You can increase the allowed file size by changing the "dl.file.size.max=" property in portal-ext.properties file to 10-15mb, or to 0 to make this unlimited.

Hi Vicki,

I had similar issue and increasing max DL file size helped.
That can be also achieved by Control panel -> Server Administration -> File uploads.
