User management - changes to multiple users in an Organization

Is there a way to apply changes to multiple or all users in an Organization at once, without going into each individual user?

For example, adding a newly created community to ALL users in an Organization.

The way we currently do it is to select the Organization from the Control Panel
Then view users
Then select each individual user
add the new community and save
go "Back" to the list of users for the organization and move on down the list

There must be a better way that we just don't know about.

In the community control panel, one of your available actions is "assign members".
