Add user permission - Allow to add user only to a community

I am using Liferay 5.2.3 (May 20,2009 release)

How can I create a role that will allow a user to Create new users and assign those users to guest community.The requirement ,no option for a guest user to create a new account ,only a community user with custom permission can create new user for that community .

How do we create such custom role ? The user can only create new users and assign it to guest community no other admin privilege should be given .

I tried this by creating a custom role that had permission for User portlet (both view and configure) ,but I don't see that under the users My account page,all I see is communities option under Portal.

How do I configure such role and permission ?

I think this ability is only available to organizations and not communities. You can create an organization role with the "manage users" permission.

Thanks !! worked with organization .I was struggling with communities ,I didn't know that 'add user' works only with organization .
