5.2.3 LDAP Issue

So I've got 5.2.3 up and running and everything looks good (so far) except for one big thing. When users create accounts, it's not setting the password in LDAP. It IS creating the user, it IS populating everything correctly on the liferay side and the LDAP side, it's just not creating the userPassword property on the LDAP user.

Anybody else seen this?
