Know Your Customer (KYC)

Hi to all,

1. I've searched through forums and blogs regarding Liferay's capability of user management. However, i didn't find anything about Knowing Your Customer and how i could use my platform to market (promote) staff to my users. Is there anything already developed in Liferay that gives me such an ability? I mean, if i would like to promote bonuses or invite users, or credit users that visit my site a lot of times (marketing staff), is Liferay giving me the ability to do so? Or is it just a piece of code that i would have to write down in order to achieve it?

2. Also, is there any ready solution for billing systems for Liferay?

For (1) and (2) i am not only interested in built in projects in Liferay, but also in any third party softwares that could work (if integrated) with Liferay users.

1. Integrates with Google Analytics; otherwise you can write plugins for this. What are some metrics you would want to track?
2. 3rd-party payment processor plugin? BTop?
