Basically, you now need to input a user of "guest" with no password.

This morning when i tried accessing the Liferay public SVN, it was a shock to me. Only after reading your blog post it gave me relief.

Thanks for the information. Keep up the good work. BTW, we are eagerly waiting for Liferay 5.3.0 standard edition.

Hi,

I hv following problems while accessing svn portlet in World of Liferay.

1. I didn't change the URL for SVN repository in view-svn.jspf file and only uncommented and changed the following attributes in WoL portlets/WEB INF/classes/portlet.properties file.


svn.auth.username=guest
svn.auth.password=
svn.synchronization.interval=5

But the svn portlet content was not displaying and an message appearing with saying that 'This user doesnot have any commits to SVN repository'

Is this message is an error message?
What are the mistakes I have done regarding configuration of this portlet?
How to configure WoL SVN Portlet properly?

Please concern this as a VERY IMPORTANT MATTER and reply soon.
