Just for your information, today I had a strange conversation with a Skype bot:

[15:33:29] Peter Liferay: Hello from Peter.... liferay portal....Looking forward to talking with you ...Best
[15:34:05] Richard Oliver Legendi: rere
[15:34:33] Richard Oliver Legendi: about what kind of topic?
[15:35:23] Peter Liferay: you are using liferay ?
[15:35:54] Richard Oliver Legendi: sort of
[15:36:40] Richard Oliver Legendi: how did u got my skype address?
[15:36:41] Peter Liferay: I see
[15:37:35] Richard Oliver Legendi: what's 32+3?

The last question remained unanswered, so I guess it was a Chinese bot. The account name was liferaychina. Anybody experienced something similar, or I'm just a bit paranoid? :-)

Just got the same message from "Peter Liferay" on Skype and got suspicious. I googled him and found your post so now he is blocked.

Yes it looks like bot, He always is online and when u talk he wouldnt reply but sometimes he replies and that too same sentences.

Lol its funny this guy\bot. One of the guys who had recently started his professional career got the message from him and he google all about him and found that there is a man in china by the name of Peter and has a company or something and was so excited that, the next thing would be Peter offering him a cool job or something in China.

The Peter I work with in China is real enough for me ; though perhaps delineating bot 'Peter' from real Peter requires further analysis ; perhaps such analysis might be assigned to Peter who can discover if he is real or not (a modern day Turin test perhaps, requiring a thread like this where consensus on real or not is by vote)

Hello all,

I just had a Skype chat with "Peter Young" from China. Surely he's not a bot and the company he represents is looks like a real company. Anyway, I haven't done any business with him and I can't say if he's reliable or not. All I can say is that he's not bot and he seems to have knowledge on Liferay.

I think the guy you are talking about is him, we have been working with them on several Liferay projects, what I can say is that Aukcell is really have a great team of liferay experts, I like working with them, if anyone who are considering Liferay project outsourcing and quality guarantee, then you should got contact with him, I have his skype is peteryzh
