hi my friends
I have a table named site. and I use automatic function getsite as follow:
site currentsite=siteLocalServiceUtil.getsite(12);
it work true but when I manipulate db , currentsite have previous value.
who can help me?

Go to Control Panel/Server Administration. Try deleting db cache.

This is only a short term fix.
The long term fix is either a) to use the service builder API to manipulate the site or b) to disable caching on the entity.

it is good solution but I found that I must use portal-ext.properties to disable entity caching. but this file is not in my project. the location of portal-ext.properties is in tomcat. I want that any user can refresh my portlet by themselves
