non-global admins can not overwrite files

Hello need urgent help:

web-site administrators can not overwrite files in liferay 6.2 ga3, it throws the following errors:

What can i do to fix this? this installation is an upgraded installation from liferay 6.1ga3 to 6.2ga3

It has nothing to do with non-global admins, it has to do with custom fields that have been added to the doc lib that the users do not have permission to edit. Update the custom field permissions for the user(s) and it should be fine.
