Reject process action, Liferay 6.2 CE GA

Hi! Our Liferay 6.2 CE GA2 has became unstable.

[SecurityPortletContainerWrapper:623] Reject process action for http://myhost/mypage on 49"

is printed out into catalina.out every 3 seconds. Finally "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space" is thrown. See the attached thread dump that is taken while portal is being stuck.

What may cause the problem and how can it be fixed?

I have the same WARN at the logs of a portal with Liferay 6.2 CE GA2 but I can't find the cause.

I have read several threads but I can't find a fix.

Thanks for your help but I haven't deployed any custom portlet so that I can't set that custom portlet-id in portal-ext.properties.
