Please, somebody, could you describe full process of Service generating?

Is there exist some tutorial? I cannot find any clear information about - how to create service using service builder.

I need to know what service.xml should contains.
What action need to do for service generating.

Please help with it. Wiki not contains this information.

could you please provide service.xml example?

I need just wrap CalEventLocalService. And i don't need additional DB fields or model.
