Liferay's community members can register their own themes, portlets, layouts, and other files. It's encouraged but not enforced to use an Open Source license, and you can choose to host the plugin files anywhere, so Liferay's catalog will just act as free publicity for your creation.

(Beta feature added to simplify the my places menu for sites that only use private pages) Head tag also employs google chrome frame if enabled for better rendering in IE6. |
