Drag-drop not working and also controls to config/delete/max./min. portlets

Hi Guyz,

I seem to stuck in a funny sopt.
I have admin. rights for my portal and can't seem to drag-drop or do any changes to portlet when going in staging mode.
Please advise.
I am using Liferay 6 EE

Can someone please advise.
