Software catalog

Hi all,

Can I make more field in software catalog portlet in the add product jsp. like phone number,etc... .How can I maintain these fields in db as well... because there is no provision to add custom field for software catalog..
Plz help me out...

But I don't have the provision for adding custom fields in software catalog .Plz tell me in brief.

You won't be having for software catalog (out-of-the-box liferay is not providing) BUT you have to do changes using hook plugin to get the functionality you are looking for
