Hello Community,
So after adding a portlet to a page and restarting liferay bunde 6.1 + tomcat 7, the portlet disappears and does NOT stick on the page.
Are there any known issues/fixes similar to this issue?

I have attached some Liferay logs.

Any help is fully appreciated.

There are errors stating files are not found when they do exist and also stating "(Access is denied)".

Any ideas on what may be causing this?
