We too are experiencing this same problem with multiple event notifications in a clustered environment. We are on 6.1.20 EE GA2 and utilizing Tomcat 7.0.27. Quartz is our scheduling agent. Please advise.

Hi Joseph,
I am facing same issue in Liferay 6.1EEGA2 in clustered environment.
Were you able to find the root cause for this issue?
Regards,
Dhrutika
