Is Liferay Enterprise 6 compatibile with Jboss Enterprise Application platform 5.x?

Should be since AS5 is JEE5 compliant. You can always give it a whirl and check it out... Follow the instructions for installing Liferay in an existing app server (jboss 7), and make necessary changes for 5.

Also, since you're talking about Liferay 6 EE, it's probably better to ask Liferay sales...

Liferay 6.0 EE runs with JBoss5.1. Liferay 6.1 EE runs with JBoss7.
