Share project in teams

Portlets and themes are no problem sharing with SVN. But when building a website there is mush more. Created pages, added portlets, created users, web content.
How do share this kind of things in your team? Just a DB dump or are you working against the same DB?

That plus the data directory, don't forget that one...

Develop locally and using staging.
