Creating an Admin outside of LR

I am running LR 4.4.2 with 2 instances. When I did the upgrade, I forgot to create an admin user for the 2nd instance. We use a custom authentication, so in order to login as the "test@" user I have to shut down the servers, change back to built in auth, startup, login as the "test" user and make a user an admin and then reverse everything.

Is there any "quick" way I can do this via the database directly? Obviously that's what the portal is doing, but I just don't know which tables and permissions and such I have to look at in order to make this happen.

Any pointers or hints would be appreciated (and would keep me from having to stay up late to do this after hours ;-) )
