Hi All,
I am setting liferay 6.1.1 environment.
when I am adding the new server runtime configuration ,while adding "liferay tomcat directory " option, I am giving as value "D:\workspace_6.1.1_ce_ga2\bundles\tomcat-6.0.29".
But it is showing that Portal server not supported. Expecting Liferay Portal
Thanks,
Kiran

Are you trying to setup a project in Liferay IDE? If so, probably would be better to ask your question in the Liferay IDE forum instead of here.

You need to download the correct tomcat bundle for Liferay SDK. You can download the bundle from below URL
http://www.liferay.com/downloads/liferay-portal/available-releases

This isn't a SDK problem. There's something different with his Liferay tomcat. Liferay 6.1.1 GA2 by default is bundle with tomcat 7. He's using tomcat 6.
It's may be that it's because he's pointing to a plain tomcat installation and not to the tomcat with liferay installed.
