I used the following modal window demo and it is working properly, http://www.liferay.com/community/liferay-projects/alloy-ui/demo?title=community-liferay-projects-alloy-ui-demos-dialog.
My issue comes when I use a link to open the modal window further down the page, the new modal window loads in the x,y coordinates to the top of the page not the viewport.
Is there a method to allow for the modal window to always open in the viewable area?
This is for Liferay 6.1
